This infrastructure, representing the state-of-the-art of the 3GPP technology (first deployment of this type in Europe), supported the trials of 3 use cases (from the 3 project'\u2019s domains) during a sport event on the 16\/05\/2025. The infrastructure covered three different areas using Ericsson'\u2019s AIR 5322 and BB 6648 locally deployed; the CN was hosted at the 5TONIC laboratory in Leganes (including also an Edge node). The devices connectivity was provided through 4 CPEs which required a huge tweaking activity to have them properly working being Rel-17 prototypes. The network was configured with 8 CC (800 MHz) in downlink and 4 CC (400 MHz) in uplink, providing throughputs of 3.2 Gbits\/sec in downlink and 390 Mbits\/sec in uplink, and a latency of few milliseconds. The trial demonstrated a stable and high-performance connectivity achieved in a complex and crowded environment, proving the maturity of 5G mmWave Rel-17 SA technology for commercial deployment.\nTo support eHealth trials, a private 5G network based on 3GPP Rel-16 SA at 26?GHz (200?MHz BW) has been deployed at CNR Campus in Pisa with indoor\/outdoor coverage and EMF-compliant setup based on Ericsson'\u2019s AIR 1281 and BB 6651. The connectivity to the CN in Turin and the hospital in Massa is provided by an Ericsson'\u2019s Router 6000. CPEs provides device connectivity. An Ericsson'\u2019s Innovative Orchestrator manages E2E (i.e., including transport network) QoS of concurrent services through slicing, including mobility aspects. The orchestrator has been tested with concurrent use cases trials, ensuring service differentiation via dynamic DSCP\/5QI mapping and admission control. Critical patient traffic was prioritized, maintaining stable performance even under a congestion scenario emulated through '\u201cdisturbance'\u201d traffic.
